Privacy starts
with clarity.
This notice explains how TFPath Technologies LLC handles information through tfpath.com and our business email.
Who we are
TFPath Technologies LLC is an independent app development company in Colorado, USA. For privacy questions or requests, email support@tfpath.com with “Privacy request” in the subject.
When you browse
GoDaddy hosts this website. Delivering and protecting a website may involve technical information such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser information, and referring page. We and our hosting provider use this information to operate, troubleshoot, and secure the site.
We do not run visitor accounts, payment forms, newsletter forms, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels on this website. We do not sell or rent website visitors’ personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Your appearance preference
When you choose Light or Dark, the website saves that preference in your browser’s local storage as tfpath-appearance. It stays in your browser and is not sent to us. The preference remains until you choose System or clear your browser’s site data. System follows your device’s appearance setting.
The website does not set analytics or advertising cookies.
When you contact us
Our business email uses Microsoft 365 from GoDaddy. If you email us, we receive your email address, name if provided, message, attachments, and other information you choose to include. We use it to respond, provide support, and maintain relevant business records.
Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, bank details, or unredacted payroll documents. If a support issue needs an example, remove personal and financial details first.
Service providers and other disclosures
Our hosting and email providers process information to deliver and protect these services. Their own privacy notices explain their practices: GoDaddy Privacy Notice and Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, investigate misuse, or keep our services secure. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
How long we keep information
We retain routine support and enquiry emails for up to 24 months after the matter is resolved, then delete them during our periodic records review. We may retain relevant business, accounting, or legal records longer when needed for those purposes or required by law.
Hosting logs, service backups, and security records follow the providers’ applicable settings and operational requirements. Deleted information may remain in backups until those backups are cycled out. The appearance preference follows the browser controls described above.
Your choices and requests
You can ask about, access, correct, or request deletion of personal information you have provided by emailing support@tfpath.com. We will review and respond under applicable law. We may need enough information to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations. Do not send identity documents unless we first arrange an appropriate way to provide them.
You can clear the saved appearance preference through the Theme control or your browser’s site-data settings. This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page and its effective date if our website practices change. See the separate TFP Finance Privacy Policy for app data practices. The app is in development; store disclosures will be verified against the release build before submission.
